     2.  Rustic timberframes, reminiscent of time tested construction methods, enclosed with modern, energy efficient panels, covered with log, cedar, or other materials of your choice.

We use insulated concrete forms for our stem walls & basements, providing 8" concrete walls enclosed within 5" of high performance foam panels; ready for drywall or other finishes.

Our conventional construction is insulated with Icynene expanding foam, which effectively seals by adhering to all adjacent surfaces.

We also offer a line of unfinished shell cabins, weathertight and ready for you to finish.

Paradise Bldrs. also provides light commercial construction services, such as steel framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings.  We have participated in projects such as the Wet Mountain Valley Community Clinic & Custer Co. School Remodel, phases 1 & 2.
